The successful candidate will be working within the IT Development Team for Physical Health and Complex Medical Conditions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordination of multiple medium sized projects projects developed within an Agile methodology
- Coordination implies:
- Learning the applications
- Meeting with the business understanding and interpreting the needs and priorities. May have to translate business concepts into high level needs.
- Working with Development Managers to identify scope and schedule
- Managing conflict with business expectations
- Managing the health of the project
- Resource/Capacity planning with the Managers
- Reporting on delivery status of individual initiatives
Qualifications Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience of project management experience delivering web-based software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project
- Experience managing complex medium-sized projects
- Bachelor's Degree required
Assets:
- Experience with Planview
- Demonstrated customer focus experience
- Systems or business analysis experience
- Software release management coordination experience
- Healthcare experience
- Experience working with offshore teams
