POSITION SCOPE The HR Manager develops policy and directs/coordinates Human Resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and maintains a Human Resources system that meets top management information needs
- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
- Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law
- Conducts exit interviews
- Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
- Handles confidential information in strict confidence and with great sensitivity
- Assesses and evaluates departmental needs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- 3-5 years Human Resources experience as an HR Generalist.
- Effective problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Refined oral and written communication skills and listening skills
Education: Bachelors required
Computer Knowledge Requirements: MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook preferred.
