RESPONSIBILITIES

As the HR Compensation and Benefits Administrative Assistant you will provide substantive administrative support and project management assistance to the Director of Compensation and Benefits. Provide group insurance and benefits policies information to Staff and Attorneys. Provide general support to members of the Benefits Team to ensure seamless delivery of service. Ensure client service and satisfaction are attained in all areas of position.

QUALIFICATIONS
1) Minimum three years experience in an administrative support role. 2) Prior experience in a professional services environment preferred. 3) Previous Compensation and Benefits experience preferred. 4) Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 5) Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively. 6) Ability to analyze needs and to determine priorities based on business objectives. 7) General knowledge of benefit programs and plans including Leaves of Absence (LOA). 8) High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent proofreading skills. 9) Strong written and verbal communication skills. 10) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. 11) Ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities, and achieve solutions under deadlines. 12) Strong organizational skills; and ability to prioritize work 13) Available to work overtime as needed. 14) Strong team player skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization.
