We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to maintain the SCEA legal department's file records and work product.

  • Support the Contracts Administration area within the legal department to ensure that the necessary file records are created and maintained and that documents are filed accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with Contracts Administration policies and procedures.
  • Maintain records archive and retrieve archived files upon request
  • Enter standard agreement information into legal department databases
  • Track agreements while maintaining consistent, accurate and relevant data
  • Assist Contracts Administration with daily scanning, photocopying, sending inter office mail, faxing and other mailings
  • Distribute fully signed agreements to various internal contacts
  • Act as the point person for issues and questions pertaining to the location of legal documents and files
  • Generate working files for all approved agreement requests
  • Complete various ad hoc contract management requests and projects
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the legal field or in records management (At least 2 or more years of experience is preferred)
  • Must be able to understand basic legal terms
  • Strong computer skills (must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications)
  • Experience with Lotus Notes is preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be detail oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be customer service oriented, self-starting, able to adhere to deadlines, and work well with others
  • Interest in the gaming industry is a plus
