VISION, LEADERSHIP, & DISCOVERY...TAKE YOUR HR CAREER TO THE NEXT LEVEL Local technology firm has requested our expertise in finding that experienced and savvy Sr. Human Resource Business Partner to serve as a consultant to the Sales and Marketing group on broad issues, integrating functional experience, and company wide business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing organization requirements and implementing HR processes, programs and practices necessary to drive business objectives. Focus areas will include strategic workforce assessment and staff planning, leadership and employee/organizational development strategies and programs, employee relations and performance management counseling and problem-solving. The successful candidate will work across functional areas to build partnerships and build seamless HR service to the client.
The key to this position will be to: ·Maintain and communicate human resources policies, procedures and practices in accordance with current laws. ·Solid business acumen, unquestionable HR Generalist skills, Organizational Development and coaching experience key ·Manage all employee relation issues in line with firms vision, values’ and beliefs ·Ensure effective application of annual performance management program. Conduct equity analysis of merit pay and other reward programs. Partner with managers...locally and internationally to make sure goals and objectives are consistent with the operating performance of the consumer business unit. Ensure that career planning and personal development plans are completed and managers are equipped to deliver development discussions and proactive follow-up ·Participate in all key-hiring decisions…either through direct recruitment efforts or partnering with recruiting specialist ·Assess professional development needs and identify development programs, which address those needs .Participate in M&A integration process ·Partner with divisional management and Finance to build accurate and reliable staffing forecasts.
Bowl of Qualifications: BA/BS degree plus formal HR training. SPHR required and a minimum of 15-20 years related experience in Human Resources OD Management, and Coaching exprience Candidates must be strong and confident whom can offer guidance Must possess expertise from the Sales & Marketing industry and prior experience working in a technology firm preferred Knowledge of federal and state regulations and compliance Strong organizational development and employee relations experience Ability to influence change at multiple levels of the organization in an effective and sustainable manner. Must have excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills. Intermediate to advance proficiency with MS Office suite The successful candidate must possess demonstrated abilities to support and lead growth strategies for the future. Should be equipped to move smoothly in a socially informal environment with highly developed responsibilities
