Will provide technical support to clients and consumers on product quality related inquiries, adverse reaction reports, and general product information via telephone, e-mail, ect. Will also support QA in areas of managing complaints, related investigations and documentations. Min 2 years exp. in a related call center/ customer service environment. Strong communication skills, responsiveness, meticulous attention to detail, and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) experience required. Salary & full benefit package.
