Our Recovery Specialists play an integral role in debt collection by resolving charged off Credit Card accounts. Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to listen carefully, and ask targeted questions to gather information… Maintaining composure in difficult situations must be willing to work in an environment, which requires heavy phone-based customer interaction.
$10 to $11.25 per hour base pay Unlimited bonus Excellent benefits. Full time Work until 9:00 pm two nights each week and 4 hours every other Saturday
