We are looking for qualified full time Store Manager and part time assistant manager and sales associate candidates in the Newark , NJ area to work at our Newark airport location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruits, trains and develops staff
• Performs daily activities of operating a specialty retail store
• Sets the standard of a superior level of customer service
• Maintains visual merchandising standards
• Motivates staff and leads by example
• Protects the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to guidelines and directives
• Brings positive recognition to the SWATCH brand through effective communication, enthusiastic attitude and professionalism

• Eye for quality
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Great sense of style
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented
• Innate sense of responsibility and accountability
• Proactive attitude
• All management candidates should have at least 3 years of specialty retail supervisory experience
• Sales associate candidates should have 2 years of prior work experience, preferably in retail.
