MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or Material science. - The candidate needs to have In depth knowledge of solid mechanics, finite element analysis, material characterization and reliability modeling. - At least 3 years hands-on experience with ANSYS using APDL. - Familiar with thermal mechanical reliability of microelectronics, including solder joint fatigue, film delamination and crack, etc. Knowledge of electronic packaging and silicon backend process is a big plus.
