Customer Service Rep Job Description: The primary purpose of this position is to contact Rite Aid customers regarding refills for their maintenance medications. The incumbent is required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
- Place calls to Rite Aid customers to offer to submit refill requests for their prescriptions.
- Log outcome of calls in the automatic dialing system.
- Work to achieve the team's and department's production goals and objectives.

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus limited work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
