Summary: Provides expert consultation in one or more areas for the design, development, and implementation of technical products and systems. Recognized as technical leader and resource. Recommends alterations and enhancements to improve quality of products and/or procedures

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform technical services for customers including but not limited to: specifying, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, SAN, security, wireless, VOIP/IP telephony equipment; troubleshooting telecom data circuits; and performing network and security audits This person will also be responsible for providing presales support by generating technical scopes of work, working with B&E and project managers to estimate effort, and accompanying sales staff on sales calls to provide technology services and solutions design consulting.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field plus 6-8 years of related experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
One or more of the following: CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE.
