APARTMENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Our client is a major owner and manager of apartment properties.

Varied duties to include:

  • Day to day maintenance of the property.
  • Staff management and training.
  • General maintenance and make readies
  • Vendor relations
  • Budgets

Experience required:

  • One to two years of maintenance supervisory experience.
  • Vendor managment experience.
  • Commercial, hotel or apartment maintenance experience considered.
  • EPA certification and Driver's License required
