Position Description:
This position is for a senior application developer who will participate in the systems development life cycle for maintenance, enhancements and new development projects in Data Warehouse/Data Analytics environment. As a member of the Delivery Management Team, the candidate will work with project teams to design, develop and deploy ETL software needed to support a variety of business needs. The position will report to a resource manager, but will be matrixed to project managers for completion of project activity.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Research, evaluate, identify alternative approaches, recommend, design and code efficient and effective solutions for challenging problems ranging from small to large work efforts for low to high complexity problems
- Comply with standards and guidelines related to the design, construction, testing and deployment activities within the SDW environment
- Demonstrate collaborative skills working within a project team of diverse skills and will bring communication skills including oral, written and presentation skills, creativity, and problem solving skills to a challenging environment

Requirements:
- 4+ years UNIX development experience
- 4+ years Datastage Parallel Extender ETL Experience
- 4+ years native SQL experience
- 4+ years experience with Relational Databases utilizing UDB Extended Edition, Oracle, or Teradata
- 2+ years experience working on complex, cross-functional department projects
- 3+ years of project lead experience
- Experience building ETL applications using more than one programming language
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
