12-Week Unit-Specific Orientation for Critical Care Areas
6-Week Unit-Specific Orientation for All Other Areas

Sign-on Bonuses
Paid out in fourths- ¼ after 3 months, ¼ after 6 months, ¼ after 9 months,
and ¼ after 12 months employment.
Must have passed boards to be eligible
