IT Business Systems Analyst - Eden Prairie, MN
Position Description:
This person will be responsible for facilitating meetings with customers to collect requirements and communicate proposed technical solution and timelines , meetings with a variety of data experts, planning/documenting a new data flow and/or data model from various sources to meet customer needs. They will also work with Project Managers, Developers, and architects to plan out when and how to technically deliver.

- 3+ years experience querying relational databases
- 2+ years experience working on multiple complex IT projects simultaneously
- 2+ years experience writing business and/or functional requirements for complex IT projects
- 3+ years experience analyzing and mapping data from disperate sources
- Advanced level of skill with MS Excel and MS Access
Assets:
- ETL Testing Experience
- Healthcare Experience
- SAS or SPSS experience
- HEDIS Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
