POSITION
Loan Processor

Job Description:

Kforce has a National Financial client seeking FHA Loan Processors in Greenwood Village, CO. The office hours are Monday to Friday 8:15am to 5:15pm. This person will be performing on a contract to possible permanent placement position from 10/28/09 - 4/25/2010. This is a 6 month contact.The Loan Processor will have experience with the following:

  • Makes the decision on loan applications up to the conforming loan limits typically one-unit properties; verifies customer income documentation
  • Resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to, the following: vesting issues, child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens and undisclosed liens re-conveyances; processes subordinations
  • Resolves appraisal disputes
  • Executes closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing process
  • Maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with customers, banking center associates, realtors, etc.


Candidates must have a High School Degree GED and 2+ years of FHA Loan Processing experience. Candidates with Conventional and VA experience will also be considered. We are seeking experience with the ability to manage a heavy pipeline of 50+ loans per month. Flexibility to work extended hours during heavy workload periods is necessary.

This position pays 16.00-17.00 hourly
