Full Time Physical Therapist to work in a well established outpatient orthopedic practice. The Therapist’s responsibilities will fall within the scope of a licensed physical therapist. This will include, but not be limited to:

• Performing all initial patient evaluations.
• Perform all patient re-evaluations.
• Direct and supervise all therapy treatment by subordinates.
• Ensure all daily patient care notes are written and filed appropriately.
• Perform all special testing to include FCE’s and Impairment Ratings.
• Supervise Aquatic therapy.
• Perform and supervise wound care.
• Instruct patients in Home Exercise Programs.
• Supervise direct hands-on patient care.
• Ensure all patient care is carried out according to APTA guidelines.
• Perform administrative duties as needed and directed by Administrator.

Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
BS or MS in Physical Therapy.
Texas State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
