POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The RN Clinical Supervisor for ASC / GI LAB will be accountable for departmental performance by directing all the activities associated with operations, supervision, staff development, patient care delivery, and clinical outcomes.

The RN Clinical Supervisor will function collaboratively and use independent judgment to provide high quality care by assuring appropriate staffing on a shift basis or more as indicated by patient acuity and census. Wil be responsible for providing clinical nursing leadership to the ASC and GI Lab staff and may provide direct patient care.

This is a Full-Time, 8HR position on the 1st shift (645a-315p)

Requirements: BSN and/or equivalent education/experience demonstrating clinical proficiency req'd. Minimum four (4) years current registered nurse experience in Perioperative Service environment. Two (2) years supervisory/charge experience required. Current certification in specialty area, as required by unit. Current CA RN licensure and AHA BLS card required.
