Position Description:
A Claims Analyst is responsible for conducting provider license utilizing various investigative sources. Also conducting client checks utilizing claim system(s). Reviewing claims in investigative and claim payment system(s) for possible denial of payment. Communicating claim processing instructions to claim processors. Communicating and identifying new claim aberrant activity to other related departments.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 Year of experience in Healthcare Insurance Industry
- Intermediate Excel skills
Assets:
- Some College preferred
- Medical Terminology
- Claims Coding Certificate preferred
