Sales Manager overseeing the continuing development of the building automated controls department



Established, Fortune 100, growing total building solutions company with over 100 offices nationwide is seeking a Controls Sales Manager for their Seattle, WA area branch.

Successful candidate should have a proven record of growing HVAC/building automated controls systems business, hire, manage and develop sales teams. This individual must have drive, energy, ambition, and impact to influence customers to a positive outcome. Responsibilities include managing the overall sales function including contributions toward profitability, growth, and plan achievement in the branch. Ensures sales personnel provide effective high quality solutions to meet customer objectives through sales of company's products and services. Teams with other divisions to provide total customer sales and solutions in commercial fire alarm solutions and integrated security systems solutions.

Minimum 5 years of sales management experience overseeing sales of HVAC/Building Automated Controls solutions to commercial accounts and proven ability in managing sales staff. Proven success managing a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. Bachelors Degree preferred.
