General Summary: Provides direct physical therapy service and instruction to outpatient, inpatient, and homebound patients and family in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment and subsequent orders.
Required: Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited institution. Licensed in Physical Therapy by the State of Oregon. Works with and in compliance with the general policies of the hospital. Enjoys and has an interest in working with and motivating the handicapped. Should be neat in work and appearance; be tactful, courteous, and ethical.
