You’ll learn how to plan and prep menus, how to prepare and serve food, and how to ensure food safety and facility sanitation, whether you’re feeding 25 Soldiers or 2,500, in the field or in a fixed facility. And when your training is complete, you will have the savvy and leadership skills to assume a vital role in the growing hospitality industry. As a Soldier in the Army National Guard, you join an elite group of warriors who train part-time to be ready full-time, should their State or Nation call them to serve.
