In short, we handle the administrative responsibilities of a business - managing a company's mailstream, which entails virtually any communications that a company sends back and forth to their customers. This includes mail, packages and documents both physical and digital. We also oversee the distribution center, running a copy center, and more. PBMS also offers other business solutions, including high-volume print and production mail, records management, desktop publishing, electronic documents, and business recovery services.

· Perform duties and special requests as assigned by management to include but not
limited to: inventory capture, etc.
· Ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service objectives
· Maintain accuracy of required reports for volume tracking, maintain daily logs of
measurements and other accountable items
· Maintain proper records management procedures (if applicable)
· Ensure the highest levels of customer care
· Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures
· Have basic knowledge of postal regulations and rate structures to effectively determine proper posting if necessary

· Proven progressive knowledge of functional areas to be supervised.
· Minimum of 1-year customer service related experience preferred
· Minimum of 6 months inventory related experience is required
· Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with customers and
company personnel
· Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong organizational and administrative skills
· Basic mathematical knowledge
· Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Ability to work on any of the three shifts
· Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word/Excel or similar programs
preferred
· Must be able to lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs with or without accomodation
· Ability to adhere to and administer companies policies and procedures
· Standing for long periods of time are required.
· Significant walking is required
· Must be willing and able to work overtime if necessary.
