Critical Care Nurse, RN -



CRITICAL CARE NURSE, RN

Critical Care Nurses are needed for our 31 Bed Long Term Acute Care Facility. Must possess previous critical care, ICU, ER or Long Term Acute Care experience.

Requirements:

  • Current RN License in the state of Texas
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • 2-5 years of related experience

Additional Skill Set Required:

  • Moderate sedation for bedside procedures
  • Continuous sedation for vented patients
  • Central line care
  • ABG interpretation
  • Ability to interpret lab results and report in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of various IV gtts., i.e. Levaphed, Dopamine, Cardizem
  • Critical thinking skills
