Job Description:

What is Program Management?

A team of client-facing professionals who manage the development and execution of brand-building communication platforms. They are accountable for scoping, resourcing, and the overall quality of the work.

Ogilvy and Mather is currently seeking Program Managers with various levels of experience. Whether you are just getting your feet wet, or have nearly a decade of Account Management/Marketing experience, there are various opportunities that await you in Program Management. If are you a smart, proactive advocate for great creative work and innovate ideas, then please, read on!

Day to day responsibilities include cultivating and nurturing strong working relationships with clients, developing effective marketing strategies, planning and executing campaigns, analyzing and reporting of campaign performance, and business development.

Qualifications:

· Solid account management agency experience (3-12 years)

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Solid production experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Broadcast/Print/Outdoor/Direct/Interactive

· Experience managing complex campaigns with many moving parts—the ability to balance multiple projects under demanding deadlines

· A self starter who has the confidence to navigate through the gray in times of ambiguity

· Team player – especially working in a large team, reporting to multiple supervisors

· Must be highly professional and proactive

· Exhibit excellent communication skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet demanding deadlines

· Experience managing junior level talent

· Command of Excel, Word and PowerPoint to an intermediate level
