Client Relationship Manager: Meritain Health
JOB SUMMARY
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible to install new self funded clients and work with them long term to evaluate their employee's health care costs. The Client Relationship Manager will also assist with issue resolution and project management for their clients. The candidate will conduct meetings with high level executives and work with healthcare brokers and consultants. The Client Relationship Manager will manage clients with employee populations with less than 700 employees. The CRM will manage approximately 20-25 clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Provide consultative health plan services to clients of Meritain Health · Collect necessary information to analyze medical plan performance and recommend plan design alternatives to clients · Collect all necessary information to implement a new client upon the close of a sale · Maintain minimum of 92% client retention year over year · Schedule and host meetings with clients on site as well as travel to client’s location · Entertain clients as needed · Prepare new product presentations and present to clients · Work collaboratively with internal departments and external vendors to provide clients with a superior experience with Meritain Health · Attend/host client’s health fairs and enrollment meetings · Meet or exceed individual goals and expectations established by management team
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
High school diploma required and two year college degree preferred or any combination of education equivalent to graduation from high school or other combination of education, training and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the required tasks.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year college degree along with Client Management experience and working knowledge of healthcare industry inclusive of self-insured benefit plans is preferred.
