GENERAL SUMMARY
Account Responsibility: (Strategy) Developed key partner relationships and created strategic executable partner account plans (CHAMP). Proven ability to navigate through the partner''s organization. Proven ability to leverage internal and external resources to achieve sales objectives. Engages partners in acct mappings with direct sales and drives strategic revenue goals. Solid understanding of GFS offerings. Extensive understanding of vertical and knowledge of business intersection. Responsible for messaging and driving partner strategy with limited direction. (Execution) Focuses efforts primarily on driving programs and execution, however provides suggestions and input as to how to enhance and refine programs. Proven track record of achieving assigned goals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner and Field Sales Relations: (Strategy) Establishes and maintains influential relationships at all levels within both Sales and the Partner''s organization. Viewed by partners and peers as knowledgeable and competent, but not the leading expert. Ability to navigate intense political and competitive environments and build consensus. Delivers clear, well organized presentations. Proactively uses resources to achieve assigned quarterly goals. (Execution) Utilizes cross functional resources much of the time, but not as a big part of the daily strategy. Viewed by partners and peers as knowledgeable and competent, but not the leading expert in the particular field. Establishes and maintains influential relationships at all levels. Some proactive use of resources, reflective of assigned quarterly goals.
