A Houston company is seeking an experienced Business analyst to join their IT team!
DESCRIPTION: A Houston company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Information Technology team. Your ongoing success will be driven by your ability to ensure the that the operational interest of yoru respective functional area is being fully represented int eh day to day operations of the information systems department.
Responsibilities include:

Maintain extensive knowledge and expertise in multiple business processes and/or technical areas.

Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
-
Work with management to manage supplier and internal customer relationships
-
Develop technical and/or business process expertise through mentoring and team coaching.
-
Abiligty to create technical documentation regarding requirements, design, development, testing and maintenance processes and procedures.
-
Report develoment capabilities within an Oracle environment using Crystal Reports and SQL
-
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess user needs/requirements and assist the design process.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,or equilvalent
-
2+ years of it expereince in client-server development, database design, or report development or equivalent techincal background
-
Outstanding leadership, business development, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to mentor team mevers and provide technical guidance
-
Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
