Mental Health Case Managers

Experienced mental health workers to provide case management to seriously and persistently mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children and adolescents, to include dually diagnosed populations of mental health and substance abuse and developmental delay (or mental retardation). Duties include active community treatment outreach, direct client interaction in home and community settings, and working with multi-disciplinary treatment team. Availability for after hours and weekend call necessary. Bachelors degree in social work, counseling psychology or other human services field required.
