Full cycle accounts payable responsibilities, approvals through filing, including:

  • Compile& maintain accounts payable records
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Enter invoices into system & schedule payment
  • Research &respond to vendor inquiries

Expense reporting & reimbursement

Bank deposits

Management reporting

Special projects as requested by management

Requirements

Well established real estate firm is seeking a new member for their Accounts Payable team:

  • High volume (150+ check/week) accounts payable experience preferred
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Punctual, accountable & friendly
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

We are offering beginning salary of $45,000 - $48,000, based on experience; $5,000 Bonus after 60days.We provide a generous benefits package including medical/dental/vision/401k. Tuition reimbursement is also available for those who wish to advance in their career in the field of Accounting or Finance.
