PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelors degree in the field of human services required or equivalent education and/or experience. Experience in human service field preferred. Person for this position must be a mature adult interested in working with emotionally disturbed and learning disabled youth.

SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Help creatively design, implement, and provide feedback for the program of treatment for each child in unit.

  2. Maintain a positive, safe, and therapeutic milieu in the treatment unit.

  3. Assure that proper treatment documentation is done on time, and is complete and consistent with YBGR policy.

  4. Serve as a liaison to families and agencies responsible for youth in unit, always providing professional customer service.

  5. Serve as a support person in the therapeutic treatment procedures (recreational, educational, spiritual, social, medical, etc.) assigned by the Unit Leader.

  6. Responsible/accountable to the treatment team and YBGR for overall program needs.

  7. Compliance and understanding of contract requirements as it relates to business and customer services.
