Network Systems Administrator: TAC Worldwide

TAC Worldwide is in need of a Network Systems Administrator for a contract position in Palo Alto , CA

• Perform the daily functions associated with enterprise network for a corporate environment. Participate in the planning, designing, implementation and maintenance of security systems and services.
• Perform security management responsibility, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, authentication systems and web content filtering services.
• Create reports, reviews and follow up on event anomalies.
• Manage and provide trouble shooting support for offsite security accesses including lab networks, launch networks and other remote sites services such as data relay systems.
• Facilitate new requirements for electronic data interchanges with outside vendors and partners.
• Investigate and respond to security violations.
• Support operations group with production implementation.
• Occasional work required for support changes during non business hours. Some on call work will be needed.

Experience:

• Cisco Router/switch configuration and network management.
• Systems Admin- Unix, (redhat Linux, Solaris), Windows
• Programming/scripting to assist improvements.
• Security Auditing
• Disaster Recovery
• Active Directory, LDAP
• PKI, Certifications
• Juniper Netscreen Firewalls, including site to site VPN setup and deployment, high availability configurations, Cisco IPSec VPN
