A 150 bed skilled nursing facility located in Thomson, Georgia is seeking a RN / Resident Care Coordinator.

Job Duties Include:

  • Plan organize, develop and direct the overall operation of a Nursing Services Area
  • Participate in Performance Improvement / Quality Assurance Activities
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current licensure standards and the survey process

Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse in the state of Georgia
  • Long-term care and management experience preferred
  • Highly motivated and committed to teamwork
  • Must be able to lead and supervisor a high quality and compassionate team in the delivery of tender loving care to our residents and associates
