Break Fix Technician: TAC Worldwide

TAC Worldwide is looking to hire 24 Break fix Technicians for a long term contract position in Tukwila , WA . We are staffing Swing, and Graveyard shifts. You must be flexible on the days you work. You will be required to pass a criminal background check and also a drug test. You must have previous experience performing Break fix services on Servers.

Job knowledge must include all functions that require personnel to physically access the servers, associated equipment, and/or network hardware, which include, but are not limited to:

§ Working knowledge of windows based servers.

§ Comp TIA + Certification or equivalent.

§ Investigation and restoration of hardware and operating system failures on servers and network devices;

§ Smart-hands support in the investigation and restoration of hardware failures on network equipment and associated devices/subcomponents;

§ Audit and configuration management support for asset management;

§ Tape management support in the form of tape replacement, preparation for shipment and shipment receiving;

§ Configuration changes to existing servers and associated equipment;
