District Manager - "Small Box" Retailer

A "small box" retail chain is looking for District Managers to support their growth. Districts average 15 to 20 stores. The stores average about 6,000 square feet in size and around $1 million in volume.

We are working on a number of assignments across the country.

Company is looking for candidates who are merchandise oriented and have multi-store experience. The small store size and volume means that DM is very "hands on " in the store.

In addition to base salary of up to 65k, candidate also provided car, bonus opportunities & stock options.

Note: We are an executive search firm. As a result, job requirements are non- negotiable. Your background must match requirements to receive consideration.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous District Manager experience with a major retailer.
  • Prefer drug, dollar or varitey store experience.
