Part Time Customer Service Reps! ( New Castle, PA)
Great opportunity for Part Time Customer Service Reps in New Castle, PA !!!
Randstad USA, a world-wide leader in the Staffing and Recruiting Industry, is hiring for our client, the 5th largest P&C insurance company in the United States!! They are looking for several Part Time Customer Service Representatives with experience in a high volume call center environment. This is a long term temporary position and benefits are available through Randstad.
Our client has IMMEDIATE needs for Part Time Customer Service Representatives in their New Castle location.
This person will be responsible for researching and responding to customer inquiries.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
-Reviewing and updating customer records on computerized data base.
-Resolving problems and referring to responsible parties.
-Performing due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication.
SCHEDULE:
-This position is 30-35 hours per week (5 days, 4-8 hour shifts)
-Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday
-Start time no earlier than 12pm and will work up until 11pm
-Schedule given 3 weeks in advance
-The call center is open 365 days a year so employees will work some holidays
Working hours: 30+
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience.
-Must be to work a flexible schedule (see above)
-Superior oral communications skills on the telephone.
-Good written communication skills.
-Problem solving ability.
-Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases
-College level education or equivalent, relevant experience.
TRAINING:
-Training is offered for this position!
-Training will be from 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate:
-Up to $12.50 per hour
