Food Service Administrator III Lorado Taft Field Campus Northern Illinois University Responsible for all aspects of food service operation for year-round, residential outdoor education and conference center located in Oregon, Illinois. Staffing, scheduling, food ordering, food quality, menu planning, nutrition, equipment needs, etc. This is a working supervisor position. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work a varied schedule as Taft Campus operates seven days a week. Minimum Qualifications: 1) High school graduation or equivalent; 2) Six years of food service management experience (University training in dietetics or in hotel, restaurant, or institutional management may be substituted, year for year, for the experience, up to a maximum of four years.) River Road, Oregon IL 61061 between 8 am and noon, and between 1 pm and 4:30 pm; or at www.hr.niu.edu.
