ACS International Transportation Solutions is preparing to provide Program Management, Systems Integration, and Operations Management services to international consortiums that will be working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to design, build, install, operate, and maintain traffic management, law enforcement, and security systems at various locations in the Kingdom. Upon initiation of work on this five-year program, you will join a team of professionals with varying disciplines for varying durations of assignment in Saudi Arabia. Positions include the following: IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER Individuals in this position will perform the following activities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for all subcontractors responsible for delivering the various systems of the program. • Engage in various ways with all subcontractors on the program. The role will vary depending upon the activity and will include that of facilitator, participant, observer, and/or auditor. • Ensure rigor in following all aspects of the overall project management plan, including regular reviews and updates to the plan components (schedule, risk, quality, logistics, etc.). • Assess performance of the subcontractors through reviews of status reports on schedule performance and cost performance. In so doing, raise awareness when performance falls below target, and work with relevant subcontractors to develop and execute remediation plans. • Oversee activities and performance of a technical team, quality assurance team, and project controls team totaling approximately 15 full-time equivalent positions. • Assist the Program Director in exploring future business opportunities in the Kingdom, and assist with developing proposals for such opportunities. • This position reports to the Program Director. Qualifications: Individuals in this position will need to have experience that includes: • Experience of 10-15 years in large-scale program management, involving system design, installation, test, and commissioning in field settings. • Experience serving in a program management role that involves the coordination of subcontractors’ activities to meet scope, schedule, and budget. • Experience with various tenets of sound project management such as schedule management plans, risk management plans, cost management plans, etc. • Knowledge of transportation-related technologies and systems is very beneficial including such areas as traffic signal control systems, CCTV systems, license plate recognition systems, photo systems for red light and speed enforcement, and AVL systems. • Ability to work from a primary office in Saudi Arabia and travel approximately 50% of the time to field locations in Saudi Arabia and to subcontractors’ factories in various cities in Europe. • Strong skills in communications, interpersonal communications, negotiations, and client relationships. • Ability to speak, read, and write in Arabic is a plus. • Strong personal integrity and commitment to ethical behavior.
