Job Description:

Property management firm located in Los Angeles is looking for a Staff Accountant. In this position, the Staff Accountant will perform and oversee full cycle accounts payable and receivable, CAM/bank/account reconciliations, conduct expense analysis, variance analysis, and month end duties. In addition, the Staff Accountant will review and reconcile petty cash, review lease agreements, maintain depreciation schedules, as well as ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of accounting experience within the property management industry.
  • MRI software experience is extremely preferred.
  • Strong communication and Excel skills are also required.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast paced environment is essential.
