My client is an EMS provider that has an urgent need to fill two key positions: a Process Engineering Manager and a Quality Manager. With multiple plants in North America, this forty year old company has been providing full system integration manufacturing services to customers in diverse market segments including Medical, Industrial, Defense, Aerospace, and Automotive.

These positions are at this company’s Printed Circuit Board Assembly facility in the Mid Central United States that is located in a rural low cost of living area, with an excellent quality of life, and close to several large metropolitan cities. This PCBA facility has the capacity to more than double its manufacturing revenue along with the addition of shifts and headcount as business increases with new customers.

Position #1: Process Engineering Manager

Must Have: 5+ years Process Engineering experience in a PCB Assembly environment

Must Have: Extensive knowledge of SMT Equipment, Wave Solder, and Test areas

Prefer: Management or Supervisory experience

Prefer: BS Degree in a related Engineering curriculum

Position #2: Quality Assurance Manager

Must Have: 5+ years Quality Engineering experience in a PCB Assembly environment

Must Have: Experience analyzing data and monitoring quality standards to recommend continuous quality improvements

Prefer: Management or Supervisory experience

Prefer: BS Degree in a related Engineering curriculum
