Patient Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Patient Service Representative works in a local hospital screening uninsured patients for medical assistance (Medicaid/charity assistance programs). They connect patients with the local agencies that provide assistance programs and assist with the application process as much as possible. We have a full-time position available.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must have good communication skills
• Experience with Medicaid eligibility process
• Experience in a Healthcare setting
• Social Services background
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Bilingual skills a plus
