Hours: Monday - Friday (8:15 - 5:15) and Occasional Saturdays (8:45 - 1:15) - Identify potential marketing opportunities
- Explain products and services available to members in order to develop a full account relationship.
- Follow regulations and procedures in opening new accounts.
- Participates in new employee orientation sales presentations and special promotional events.
- Service existing accounts through problem solving, responding to inquiries, initiating research when necessary and follow through until resolved.
- Input confidential account information into database to perform and process a variety of transactions.
- Maintain the highest level of responsiveness by returning phone calls and emails promptly.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as needed and may process daily reports and completes service requests.
- Promote financial products/services, for example: Credit Cards, CDs, IRAs, Loans) to consumer and small business customers.
- Meet and/or exceed member service goals.
- Having a working knowledge of governmental regulations relating to financial institutions, for example: Reg CC, Reg D, etc.).
- Highly motivated individual that works well with internal and external customers.
Job Requirements : Requires High School Diploma or equivalent w/1-3 years of experience. Preferred Skills: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service/sales experience in a financial service industry.
- Ability to promote credit and loan services.
- Notary.
