Capstone Healthcare Staffing , a division of Capstone Personnel Services, Inc., is a provider of supplemental healthcare staffing for Hospitals, Surgery Centers, Clinics, Skilled Nursing and Patient Care facilities across Texas. We are currently seeking a qualified Director of Nursing to work for one of our clients in a start up home health agency in Tyler, Texas. The candidate should posses the following qualifications:

  • Current Employment in the Home Health Field.
  • At least 2 years experience in a Supervisory Postion in the Home Health Field.
  • Willing to serve as the Administrator in the start up period.
  • Knowledgeable of State and Federal regulations.
  • Knowledgeable of CMS guidelines and reporting.
