Account Manager

What would you be doing?

As our client’s AEC Account Manager, you would be responsible for contacting prospective architecture, engineering and construction customers to promote sales of products and services. This would include:
  • Delivering a clear and consistent value proposition to develop customer interest with decision makers
  • Recommending product and service solutions designed to help customers achieve their objectives
  • Developing new business and expanding existing customer base
  • Building strong relationships and customer loyalty by bringing best-in-class solutions to a rapidly changing marketplace
  • Meeting or exceeding required sales and margin targets

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

Here are a few qualities that we're seeking in the ideal candidate:
  • Demonstrated sales experience is required, preferably with a technical product or service
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding set sales quotas is also required
  • A strategic, consultative solutions sales approach is a must
  • Experience in sales to AEC industries is preferred
  • Software sales experience is ideal
  • Previous experience selling to C-level executives is a plus
  • CAD experience is also a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
