District Manager

The Record Searchlight is seeking a motivated, take-charge individual to be a F/T District Manager. This position is responsible for the day-to-day newspaper delivery district operations including recruitment, training and contracting independent carriers in our home delivery areas. 1:30-10:30 AM Shift. Base salary starts at $33,280 per year.


We prefer candidates with 1-3 years management experience.
Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to adapt to a changing market, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, computer skills, and a passion for excellence. Also, must be able to work weekends and holidays, have reliable transportation, clean DMV, and auto insurance.
