Director, Facilities - Kennestone Hospital: WellStar Executive and Director Careers

Organizes, plans, develops, maintains and coordinates Facilities of the WellStar Kennestone Hospital

Primary goal is to support Nursing and Administration to achieve high levels of facility appearance and hospital operations with the resources provided.

Responsible for coordination of all intra-departmental moves within the facility
Responsible for all space planning on the hospital campus.
Work with all signage contractors and have final approval for all signs to assure consistency throughout the buildings.
Verify placement and new installation of all vending operations.
Responsible for all coordination of Grounds crew and vendors working on the outside of the buildings.
Liaison with landlords in the area to secure space outside of the facility if necessary.
Recycle of used furniture within the building.

Five years management experience in Facilities field required

College graduate with BS or BA and certified through NEHA preferred. (Experience may be accepted in lieu of certification)
