Ground Service Agents: Pinnacle Airlines, Inc.- NWA Airlink

· Accepts and accommodates passengers and their personal belongings for transportation on Pinnacle flights and connecting flights.

· Follows and enforces security and hazardous material regulations at locations to ensure the safety and integrity of customer and company property, as well as company/other aircraft and facilities.

· Maintains facilities and equipment so as to ensure a neat, safe, efficient operating environment.

· Completes daily, weekly and monthly reports and records as required for the efficient aircraft operations of the facility and aircraft.

· Provides for the safety of customers, guests, and employees and other persons any time they are on or in company property or aircraft; or within the air operations area in use by Pinnacle Airlines.

· Provide assistance to passengers in need and directing pedestrian traffic.

· Marshall aircraft, loads/unload and sort luggage/cargo.

· Operates machinery (tugs, pushback equipment, commissary trucks, lavatory and water carts, etc.) refuels and cleans ground equipment and removes debris from tarmac.

· Comply with all Pinnacle/Other Airlines operating and safety procedures and policies.

· Work under the direction of an assigned supervisor.

· Provides information, reservations and ticketing services to customers at Company ticket and gate counters.
