Respiratory Therapist Job Description :
· RCPs are actively involved in every patient care area including the management of ventilators in Hoag's adult critical care beds, cardiac surgery unit, and Level II neonatal ICU.
· Assist in all fiber optic bronchoscopy procedures and participate in all emergency resuscitation efforts, including Hoag's Rapid Response Team.
· Utilize many protocols and pathways including ventilator weaning, COPD, Pneumonia and Asthma.
· Actively participate in Hoag's Outpatient Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program.
Qualifications :
· All applicants must have a current CA RCP License, RRT a plus!
· Minimum 1-year critical care experience preferred.
· New Grads will be considered.
