We are currently seeking a Process Engineer for the Springfield , MA facility.

This position support current manufacturing processes related to Wave and Selective solder equipment. Aids in the implementation of chemistries, equipment and processes while recommending short and long term solutions to all manufacturing processes.

Ideal candidate:

  • SBS in Engineering, Science or Math
  • Has 5 years within electronics industry.
  • Has knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT), document control, wave soldering technology
  • Experience in lead-free processes preferred.
