A 104 plus bed skilled nursing facility located in Gray, Georgia is seeking a 3 pm to 11 pm LPN and CNA for all shifts

Job Duties Include:

  • Clinical Assessments
  • Participate in Performance Improvement / Quality Assurance Activities

Requirements

  • LPN with current Georgia License
  • CNA must have current certification
  • Minimum of one year experience in long term care
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current licensure standards and the survey process
